Our position
Astral Moments respects intellectual property rights. Customers supply their own titles and personal messages, so if you believe material displayed or delivered through our store infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act promptly.
How to send a notice
Email zayafactory@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA Notice", or write to our designated agent at Piata Stefan Cel Mare 5, Ap. 33, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
We will remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the customer who submitted it. They may send a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3); if they do, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that you have filed a court action.
Misuse
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Repeat infringers lose access to our store.
