Agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Astral Moments. By using this site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and orders
Every star map is generated from real star catalogue data for the date, time and place you enter. Because each item is made to order, please check your preview carefully before completing checkout. All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is mispriced, unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered by email as a high-resolution PDF, usually within minutes of confirmation. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and display your file for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the file available for download by others, and you may not use it in any commercial product or print-on-demand listing.
Printed items
Where you order a printed poster, delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier; damaged or lost shipments are handled under our Refunds & Delivery policy.
Your content
You are responsible for the message text and titles you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, threatening, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may refuse or cancel any order containing such content. You keep ownership of your text and grant us the limited right to reproduce it on your artwork and to keep a record with your order.
Our intellectual property
The site, its designs, layouts, styles and software are owned by Astral Moments and protected by copyright and trademark law. Underlying astronomical data comes from public star catalogues.
Accuracy disclaimer
Star maps are an artistic rendering produced from catalogue data and standard astronomical formulas. They are intended as decorative keepsakes and not for navigation, scientific or professional use.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astral Moments will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Astral Moments harmless from claims arising out of content you submit or your misuse of the site or the files we deliver.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Romania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Romania for any dispute. You may also have the right to bring a claim in small claims court where available. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the revision date above will change. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.
