Digital downloads
Your high-resolution PDF is delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes of order confirmation. Please add zayafactory@gmail.com to your contacts so the delivery email is not filtered.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. You confirm and consent to this at checkout before payment.
We will always fix a problem that is ours:
- file never arrived, or the link does not work;
- the file is corrupted or will not open;
- the artwork does not match the date, time or place you entered.
Email zayafactory@gmail.com within 30 days and we will re-issue the file or, if we cannot deliver a working file, refund you in full.
Printed posters
Printed orders are produced to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days, with delivery times depending on your address and carrier. If a print arrives damaged, or does not match your order, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund it at no cost. Because each print is personalised, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible at zayafactory@gmail.com. We can change or cancel an order before the file is generated or the print enters production.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
